Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. If the item has been damaged during delivery or if the engraving is incorrect, please contact us right away about a replacement. A photograph of the damaged item is needed during the initial communication.

We use USPS Mail as well as UPS to ship packages domestically.

If you are local to Roseville, CA then you can request to pick up the item locally to save on transit time and shipping charges.

► SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship the items to the shipping address you specified at the time of the checkout. If you are shipping the board as a gift, be sure to enter the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address in your order.

► SHIPPING TIME
